Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also
accept debit cards which bear the Visa, MasterCard or Switch logo.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not shipped. If you do receive an
order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call us for
return instructions.

Can I return an item that is damaged?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will
replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount.
If your purchase has been damaged in transit please contact us for the Royal Mail insurance number before returning the product to us.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
If your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and ask you to choose an alternative product or give you an approximate date by which your original order may be available.

How much does postage and packing cost?
10% of the order value will be added before the item is despatched to you for most orders.
For orders outside of the UK?
Orders for customers outside of the UK will be calculated at the time of dispatch. You will be advised of this cost before confirming your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Every order should be received within 21 days. We endeavour to send all orders by on the date we receive them. If your item does not arrive within 21 days please contact us.

Why can't I buy online?
We believe that a standard order form cannot answer your questions and we prefer to provide a more personal service. As such, if you wish to purchase any items, we ask for an email address or telephone number so we can contact you and ensure your purchase is suitable for your requirements.

Why can I only select one item to request information
about?
The order request system requires the use of 'cookies' to select multiple
pieces of information. If cookies are disabled, you will only be able
to select one item to request information about. If you require further
information then you can either enable cookies (please see your web-browsers
help facility for instructions) or you can add any extra information to
the bottom of the request form.
